01 Custom machines & automation
We design and build highly automated machines and specialised robots — mechanics, electronics and control — and install them across the world, engineered for robustness and years of uptime.
- Single-unit and small-series machines and robots
- Mechanical design, electronics and controls in-house
- Installed and serviced worldwide — built to keep running
02 Sheet-metal fabrication
From flat sheet to a factory-grade part — crisp bends, embossings and threads formed straight into the plate on a fully digital TRUMPF line, validated against the bend sequence before any material is cut.
- CNC punching, forming and in-plate thread forming
- Press-brake bending up to 170 t with automated tooling
- Perforated tables, enclosures, frames and structural panels
03 Precision CNC machining
Nine controlled axes on the Mazak INTEGREX — turning, milling, drilling and tapping in a single clamping, so tolerances never accumulate. Blanks cut to size on a fully automatic Kasto saw.
- Nine-axis turn-mill — complex parts in one setup
- Bearing housings, drive interfaces, mount adapters
- Special fittings: transition pieces, reducers, adapters
04 Robotic laser welding
A fibre laser carried by a robot — minimal heat distortion, the exact path at the exact speed, with laser pre- and post-cleaning in the same pass.
- Low thermal distortion, minimal post-weld grinding
- Repeatable welds for long cyclic-load service life
- Supervised or autonomous, vision-guided paths
05 SLS 3D printing & finishing
Production-grade selective laser sintering in PA12 — geometries injection moulding can't reach, finished to a surface you can ship, and in your hands the next day.
- Complex brackets, fittings and interior elements
- Ten-to-hundred-piece runs without injection-mould tooling
- Consistent surface finish across batches
06 Design & engineering
We design what we build. CAD/CAM and robot simulation feed straight into the shop floor, with AI handling the routine so the team can create.
- SolidWorks · Autodesk Fusion · FANUC RoboGuide
- AI-assisted on routine work — engineers stay on the hard problems
- Digital continuity from model to machine
